TRAINING IN YOUR FLEET
One of the key advantages of our school is having its own fleet. We do not depend on charter companies, we do not postpone the terms of practice in case of a shortage of crews, our technicians independently prepare yachts for each trip to sea.
This is really a training fleet - only the instructor of the school is responsible for any damage to yachts during practical training!

ADVANCED COURSE INTERNATIONAL YACHT TRAINING BAREBOAT SKIPPER

Initial training at the Yacht School takes place in full accordance with the International Yacht Training (IYT) program for the Bareboat Skipper course, however, we have supplemented the sailing course curriculum with the following practical elements that are not included in the standard Bareboat IYT program and correspond to the Coastal level:

- the total surfacing has increased to 400 nautical miles (at a rate of 200), including sailing on the high seas with watchkeeping and navigational laying out of sight of the coast without the use of electronic equipment;
- increased the number of hours and added a night swimming program;
- additional study of modern yacht navigation systems, radars, communication and ship identification systems (AIS) has been introduced;
- border and customs clearance is carried out when crossing the borders of other states; *
- in addition to the standard IYT training materials, we have written our own training manuals to help the future yacht captain both during the training period and in the process of self-management of the yacht.
- mandatory mooring by stern and lag alone;

At the end of the internship, a theoretical and practical exam is conducted, according to the results of which a decision is made on the certification of the cadet to the appropriate level.

We teach not only practical navigation, but also yacht recreation. The yachting training program includes visits to interesting places, cities and bays. You will also have the opportunity to explore the local attractions.

Our many years of experience, high professionalism of teachers, individual approach to each student, allow us to guarantee the acquisition of invaluable practical experience, as well as to see the beauty of the Montenegrin coast, swim in the purest Adriatic Sea and recharge with a good mood.

THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
THE FIRST PART
Yacht construction classes. Daily theoretical classes on the yacht with the study of practical navigation courses and sailing rules. Practical training on setting and cleaning sails, as well as sailing and propulsion. Practical training in mooring and anchoring.
THE SECOND PART
Sailing along the coast of Montenegro with the development of practical skills in the positions of captain, helmsman, navigator, radio operator, shkot, cook. Daily cyclical change of positions. Working out calls to ports and bays, during the day and at night, practical application of the rules of navigation (MPPSS-72).
THE THIRD PART
Long-distance sea voyage. Organization of shifts. Orienteering out of sight of the shore, including at night.
Preparation for the exam.
