Close communication with dolphins is not just an amazing experience that pushes the boundaries of the ordinary. It is a window into a healed, peaceful, relaxed, serene and playful state of consciousness. Something that yogis have been striving for for years — and Nature can give it to us in a matter of days. For a while.

The question is to take this experience in all its transformative depth and keep in touch with it later, at home, in your everyday life. To do this, we will dive not only into the warm June Red Sea, but also into gentle practices. Bodily, dance-motor, contemplative and therapeutic.

We will learn to come into deep warm contact with each other — and with the minds of dolphins and other marine life. We will master the basics of non—religious prayer work and even, one might say, shamanism - as building friendly and healing relationships with natural energies and consciousnesses of other living beings.

9:30 a.m. — sail on the Lady M yacht to Sataya Reef, 3 hours crossing — practice

Departure

Abu Dabbab Lodge is a seaside resort surrounded by mangroves.
It consists of 62 wooden bungalows and is located in Abu Dabbab Bay, a nature reserve in Marsa Alam, on the Red Sea.
It is an ideal place for nature lovers, diving enthusiasts and for those who are looking for a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
Abu Dabbab Lodge is the residence of a community of nature lovers, divers and snorkelers from all over the world.

Abu Dabbab Nature Reserve and a bay surrounded by beautiful reefs full of life.
There are also large sea turtles, there are many of them and they are completely adapted to the presence of humans, which allows you to observe their lives as closely as possible.
The bay is very safe and protected, with a very smooth depth of up to 5 meters. The rarest creature of the marine world, the Dugong, lives in 3-5 minutes on a high—speed boat. Watching and swimming with him is a special pleasure!
That is why we will spend a couple of days at the Abu Dabbab Lodge Hotel to be in the company of wonderful Red Sea residents.
From the hotel rooms to the water 7-10 min walk along the sandy beach.


Sataya Reef is a completely unique place in terms of conditions in which a very large group of Spinner dolphins constantly lives. At night, they hunt in the depths of the open sea, and return to their home and rest all day.
The reef itself is about 5 km long, and the lagoon depth is no more than 15 m. A real underwater paradise!


Dolphins have been interacting with humans for many years and doing so on their own. When they want to take a break from the attention and sleep, they just swim to the other end of the reef and no one is chasing them. But during the day, at least several times, different subgroups show a desire to communicate and play with people.

There are no analogues of this place and such dolphins interested in people anywhere else in the world!


Our yacht
You will not be able to sleep on the yacht in the cabins, and outdoors on the upper decks, they even removed the blue awnings for us to admire the stars :)
Linen, blankets, sleeping bags do not need to be carried for this. Just use your snow-white kit, which will be in the cabins.
There are also single beds comfortable for sleeping.
This pleasant boat has three decks.

On the main deck there is an indoor bar surrounded by comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy the views.
The open-air deck offers a place to interact with other divers.
On the upper deck you will find a sun terrace where you can sunbathe and relax serenely.
There is an excellent dining area at the back of the bar where you can enjoy a variety of group meals prepared by the on-board chef.

You can also have a snack outdoors.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in buffet style, and snacks and soft drinks are available throughout the day.
Special diet meals can be prepared upon prior request.
For leisure, the lounge has background music, as well as a TV, entertainment system and board games.

The cabins on the yacht are small, do not carry large suitcases so as not to take up all the space. If you can leave something that is not needed on the yacht at the hotel, in the storage room for the duration of the trip.
