Route description

The sea, a yacht, a comfortable temperature, cheap flights and a week sailing in a cool company. We spent the summer and autumn in Turkey, and we want to return in winter to celebrate the New Year!

Every day we will have picturesque coves, walks through pine groves to the Lycian ruins, pleasant evenings on a yacht, conversations under the stars
and sailing to places that can only be reached by water. It seems to be an ideal option for those who do not want to fly far, but dream of spending the New Year in the fresh sea air.

We travel on comfortable German yachts Bavaria and French Dufour. The yacht has everything you need for a comfortable life during the week: a spacious living room with a kitchen, 3-4 cabins with double beds and 2 bathrooms.

Day 1
Marina Fethiye
At about 17:00, we will meet at the marina, get to know other participants, take a briefing, and in the evening have dinner at one of the best restaurants.
In Turkey, when it comes to food, tradition
and flavor are important ingredients,
and fresh fish ranks first among culinary delights!

Day 2
Marina Fethiye — Kappi
We will start the day with breakfast on the yacht, then set off
towards the amazing world of Fethiye Bay with its numerous coves. Along the way, we will practice setting sails (optional), those who wish will take
the helm, and someone will just sit on the bow of the yacht with a book.
In the evening, we will dock at the pier of our favorite restaurant in Kappi Bay, where we will stay overnight
and have a New Year's Eve dinner! Let's make up
in festive sequins, choose the best outfits
and celebrate the main holiday of the year.

Day 3
Kappi — Sarsala
Having breakfast on a yacht surrounded by wildlife is a special level of hedonism.
We go out to Fethiye Bay and set sail, we will learn sailing skills (optional),
and maybe even take a ride on a boom!
For lunch, we will stand on one of the nearby islands, where we will enjoy the crystal clear water. Everyone will be able to take a sap board and go explore the coastline.
We will get up at night in the home town of Sarsala,
where traditional Turkish dishes are prepared.

Day 4
Sarsala — Gemiler Island
Try to wake up early in the morning to see the dawn over the pine groves of Fethiye Bay (you will like it).
We have breakfast, maybe even swim and go out
to the open sea. Today we are planning a sea crossing for several hours. Our goal is one
of the most interesting Turkish islands (Gemiler), which is famous for its numerous ruins.
In the evening, we will anchor and explore the ruins of Gemiler Island, and, of course, spend the sunset on the top of the island with a picturesque view.

Day 5
Gemiler Island — Tomb
We have breakfast and move to the neighboring bay,
where you can enjoy the local scenery and ride a sapa.
After lunch, we will go out to the open sea and set off on our way back through Fethiye Bay. Along the way, we will continue to learn sailing skills, everyone will take the helm.
In the evening we will dock at Tomb Bay.

Day 6
Tomb — Amigo
We have breakfast, walk and go out into the bay. We'll sail a little and head towards our next stop.
Today we plan to go to the ruins of the hammam, where, according to legend, Cleopatra herself was!
If there is enough time, we will go
to an easy track to a wild beach, which can only be reached by water or on foot.
In the evening, we will have a delicious dinner
in the cozy atmosphere of Uncle Rogep, who has been living here for a very long time and runs his own farm.

Day 7 and 8
Amigo — Marina Fethiye
For the strong-minded, an early walk through the pine groves will be offered. After a late breakfast, we will head towards the home marina. Within a few hours, he will consolidate his skills and practice yacht management. In the evening, we will arrange a farewell party,
where we will share our impressions
of the trip and dream about the next ones.
On the morning of the 8th day, we wake up, have breakfast
and leave the yacht before 9:00.
