The city of Lefkada is the largest settlement and the capital of the Greek island of the same name, as well as its economic and cultural center. You will get to Lefkada almost immediately, as soon as you cross the bridge connecting the island with the western coast of mainland Greece.
In fact, the city is the "gateway" of the island. As a result of the powerful earthquakes of 1948 and 1953, many structures of Lefkada, including historical and cultural monuments, were destroyed. A significant part of the city was rebuilt. In order to avoid the catastrophic consequences of possible future earthquakes as much as possible, new houses were built on the basis of wooden frames close to each other. The bizarre labyrinths of narrow cobbled streets and colorful facades of houses create a very original flavor. There is a huge modern marina in the eastern part of the city.
Day 2. Meganisi Island

This small Greek island is the pearl of the Lefkadian archipelago and is rightfully considered a resort island. A unique variety of coves and beaches, an abundance of caves, traditional villages, stylish cafes and bars, the purest ecology, beautiful views of the entire archipelago, celebrities of all stripes on their own yachts, hospitable and incredibly cheerful residents - all this harmoniously coexists within the framework of a small island, which very soon may become the Greek version of Capri or Porto Cervo. Meganisi is located opposite the private island of the Onasis – Skorpios family at a distance of 5 km from the island of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea.
The coastline of Meganisi in the north is quite rugged and there are several natural harbors and many closed coves and coves. The crystal clear water and the slopes of the mountains surrounding the bays, overgrown with olives and cypresses, invariably attract hundreds of traveling yachtsmen here.

3 days. Transfer to Ithaca Island

Ithaca is a small island with mountainous terrain with convenient coves that look like an earthly paradise. The island is completely covered with dense forests and is unique in its picturesqueness.Due to the large number of beautiful coves and bays, snow-white sailing yachts are readily located here. Among other things, Ithaca is the birthplace of the legendary Odysseus. Many scientists claim that Odysseus' house stood on a green hill overlooking Stavros, a fishing village located in the northern part of the island. The largest settlement on the island, as well as its capital, is the small town of Vati, located on the hills of the narrow Molos Bay.
A few kilometers west of the capital is the cave of the Nymphs, where, according to legend, Odysseus hid the gifts of the Phaeacians. We will stay in Ithaca for the night parking. The yacht can be moored within a 5-minute walk from the taverns, most of which are located near the central square of the city or directly at the entrance to the tavern. The lulling atmosphere of the town, the cozy harbor has an incredibly magical effect on everyone, and the next day it is difficult to leave this piece of paradise.

Day 4. Transfer to Kefalonia Island.

Kefalonia, the largest of the Ionian Islands, is an ideal place for nature lovers and for recreation. The steep cliffs, covered with greenery, seemed to sink into the blue of the sea. Colorful villages and small towns; here you will see old aristocratic mansions, as well as "modest" rural villas, and a little further away - the ruins of some ancient city.
Kefalonia is famous for its amazing variety of scenery, unique caves and beaches.
If possible, visit the town of Sami or Agia Euphemia, from where it is close to the cave-lake Melissani. A truly unforgettable, magical sight is presented by Lake Melissani, when the sun's rays, falling vertically into its mirrored waters, illuminate the bottomless depths of this unique cave lake.

Day 5. Transfer to Kefalonia Island

Zakynthos Island The city of Zakynthos is the capital of the island and its only port. The first thing that can be seen from afar from the ship when approaching the city is the high belfry
St. Dionysius on the outskirts of the city. The largest square of the city is Solomou with a statue of the great national poet Solomos. The majestic building of the Byzantine Museum stands on the square.
The main attraction of Zakynthos is the legendary Navayo Beach. Nature has regularly taken care of the inaccessibility of this paradise, surrounding the beach with majestic limestone cliffs of various heights: from the smallest at 45 m to huge cliffs over 200 m high. Base jumpers perform their jumps from one of them in the summer. Navaio Beach is often depicted on postcards and in tourist brochures as one of the most striking sights of Greece. It is popular even with a rare species of sea turtles, the Caretta caretta, which swim in the seaOh, to lay your eggs in the sand.
Day 6 Transfer to Kefalonia

Returning to Kefalonia, we will definitely visit the fishing village of Fiscardo, surrounded by greenery - with a beautiful bay and houses that have preserved the old architectural style. All the buildings of Fiscardo represent the true original architecture of the Ionian Islands, the houses have been restored and are used as hotels, on the ground floors there are souvenir shops and taverns. Tables are hospitably set on the embankment near the water, and along the entire village there are endless yachts, boats and again yachts and boats. The taverns will serve you the freshest fish, stewed rabbit, meat pie and sweets made from almonds and quinces.

Day 7. Lefkas

Lefkada, the extraordinary island architecture will encourage you to go for a walk. Such a pastime will definitely add new colors and bright emotions to your vacation. You will see numerous ruins and fortresses. In particular, it is worth paying attention to the ruins of the fortress of St. Mavra. And the local flora and fauna will delight your eyes: waterfalls, rocks, mountains, gorges. In the island's capital, you will see many churches and monasteries.

Day 8 of Corfu.
