Gecek Winter Trophy 2025 – regatta in the waters of Gecek on the yacht First 40



We invite you to take part in the Gecek Winter Trophy 2025, a regatta that will take place in one of the most picturesque waters of Turkey – Gecek. This unique event brings together professionals and sailing enthusiasts, offering not only the opportunity to test your strength in racing, but also to enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.

Your yacht is the First 40
At the regatta, you will compete aboard the First 40, a modern and high–performance yacht:

Length: 12.5 m – provides excellent maneuverability.
Equipment: a racing wardrobe of sails, designed for racing.
Comfort: suitable for crews of any level, including beginners.
The yacht is designed for dynamic and tactical racing, and an experienced skipper will help the crew achieve maximum coherence.
The program of the event
February 20:
Arrival of participants, registration, accommodation on the yacht.
Familiarization with the vessel, instruction and preparation for the race.
January 21-23:
Racing days with several starts in the waters of Gocek.
Races include short sprints and longer distances that require tactics and teamwork.
January 26:
The final races and the award ceremony.
A festive dinner for the participants in a friendly atmosphere.
