Start and finish are at Portonovi marina, Municipality of Herceg Novi—this is where our yachts are based. We currently offer trips along three routes:
Option I
Day 1
Portonovi ➔ Mirišta
Leaving Portonovi marina, we head toward the bay’s exit and sail around Fort Mamula, a site with a rich history. The fortress stands on the island of the same name and is now a closed hotel.
Then we drop anchor in Mirišta Bay—an anchorage on the Luštica Peninsula, on the open-sea side. If sea conditions allow, we’ll go ashore to Fortress Arza, a 19th‑century abandoned fort set on a rocky headland.
Mirišta ➔ Dobra Luka
Next we continue to Dobra Luka, which literally means “Good Harbor”—a quiet, unspoiled bay. We’ll simply enjoy nature that reveals itself only from the sea.
Dobra Luka ➔ Bigovo ➔ Luštica Bay
We call at the small village of Bigovo, traditionally a fishing community, and have dinner at a seafood restaurant. For the night we arrive at Luštica Bay marina—a modern resort town built in a traditional Italian style, created from scratch on a once-empty stretch of coast.
Day 2
Luštica ➔ Krtol
After a morning walk on a coastal footpath and breakfast, we leave the marina and return to the Bay of Kotor. We set course for the Krtol archipelago—small islands near the town of Tivat.
Verige ➔ Risan
We then head for the Verige Strait—the narrowest strait in the Bay of Kotor—where magnificent views open up. We’ll set sail and enjoy the wind in the Risan part of the bay, amid majestic mountains.
Portonovi
As the day draws to a close, we return to Portonovi marina.
Option II
Day 1
Portonovi ➔ Mirišta ➔ Herceg Novi
This option starts the same way as the first. After anchoring in Mirišta Bay, we continue to Herceg Novi—one of Montenegro’s most beautiful towns. We’ll spend the evening strolling the town’s streets and seafront, taking in local sights, and finish with dinner at one of the restaurants.
Day 2
Herceg Novi ➔ Krtol
In the morning we set course for the Krtol archipelago, and along the way we’ll explore abandoned submarine bunkers.
Krtol ➔ Perast ➔ Gospa od Škrpela
After Krtol we proceed, as in Option I, to the Verige Strait. After transiting it, our course leads to the day’s highlights: the picturesque and most authentic town of Montenegro—Perast—and the legendary islet of Gospa od Škrpela.
Portonovi
Near sunset we head back home—to Portonovi.
Option III
Day 1
Portonovi ➔ Krtol
Leaving Portonovi marina, we head straight for the Krtol archipelago. After Krtol, as in the previous options, we continue toward the Verige Strait.
Kotor / Prčnj
This time, after passing Verige, we go deeper into the Bay of Kotor. The focal point today is Kotor—the pearl of the Adriatic, a unique city with a rich history and architecture protected by UNESCO.
By yacht we can moor right beneath the city walls or at a small private marina in the village of Prčanj. This village lies close to Kotor and is itself of cultural value. From Prčanj we’ll head to Kotor on foot or by taxi, leaving the village to explore in the morning.
Day 2
Kotor/Prcnj ➔ Perast ➔ Gospa od Škrpela
Waking up in Kotor, we’ll take a short hike along a mountain road (a proper road, not a trail) that climbs above the town, revealing stunning views.
Waking up in Prčanj, we’ll explore this historic village.
After leaving Kotor/Prčanj, we continue to Perast and the islet of Gospa od Škrpela.
Portonovi
At sunset we return to Portonovi.

About me
Professional skipper and IYT instructor. Yachting experience: over 4,000 nautical miles, most of them covered while helming single-handed, with beginners on board, or with a two-person crew.
Experience navigating in challenging weather up to Force 7 on the Beaufort scale, including night passages and anchor watches. My passages in this mode run 2 to 5 consecutive weeks, demonstrating my endurance and confidence on long voyages.
Format: I specialize in cozy yacht journeys for small crews and a camp-style approach (with an expedition focus). This format is perfect for groups of friends, couples, families with or without children, and for those seeking more adventurous, exploratory routes.
I strive to create a harmonious, cozy atmosphere on board, ensuring comfort and meeting each participant’s needs throughout the voyage. I carefully hand-pick participants for join-in trips to ensure mutual respect among all crew members.
I’m comfortable having children on board: I have over 15 years of experience working with kids. From my very first days learning yachting, I’ve captained with children on board. I successfully run trips with children of all ages, including the youngest sailors (from 3 months old). My goal is to create a safe, joyful atmosphere on board, making the journey an unforgettable, enriching experience for children and their families.
Training: my teaching principle is two-person yacht handling, which is ideal for families or pairs of friends. Training groups are limited to no more than 4 people (2 pairs), while maintaining the practice of operating the yacht with two people at a time.
As a professional instructor, NLP Master, and coach, I use an individualized approach, can explain what’s needed in dozens of different ways, and I develop my own training system to ensure students gain a deep understanding of all processes.
Travel philosophy:
I follow an expedition-style approach with an emphasis on nature and exploration, minimizing calls to cities and choosing anchorages over marinas. My trips are ideal for introverts, solo travelers, couples, and families who prefer cozy journeys with a small team. At the same time, flexibility is my strongest suit, and if you request a different cruise format, I will adapt to your preferences.
Motto: Open the World with Us ⇌ Open Yourself — my credo, reflecting the aspiration to discover the world from a different side so travelers can reveal new facets within themselves. My journeys are always about exploration: of the world and of oneself.
Together with my team, I’m building our own fleet — for now in Montenegro. No flotillas, no regattas — only single-boat expeditions. I also plan to develop as a delivery skipper. However, if a regatta request comes in, I will certainly consider it.
