Drift fishing method — price includes fuel, gear, and bait.
About 30 kg of sardines are used as bait.
Detailed description:
Drift fishing is a technique in which the boat stops at a chosen point and then drifts freely (moves with the current or wind) without active propulsion. During this time, the rods stay in the water and the bait is kept nearby, attracting fish.
Fixed price for drift fishing, regardless of the duration of the trip.
This rate includes:
- Fuel for the boat.
- Fishing equipment, including rods, tackle, and everything needed for the trip.
- Bait — about 30 kg of sardines used to attract fish. Sardines serve as natural bait and can be dispersed in the water to draw big fish such as tuna, marlin, or other predators.
This method is especially effective for catching large fish in the deep ocean, where fish are attracted by the scent and movement of a substantial amount of bait in the water. Drift fishing suits those who prefer to spend more time in one spot without active repositioning, while still keeping high chances of a plentiful catch.
