About the tour

Limpopo is a fast speedboat for short, dynamic runs without crowds or excess space. The format suits those who value fast transfers and compact operation: minimal guests, quick access to points, and work by weather without unnecessary pauses.

Open deck without cabins, one head and shower at the stern, soft seating areas and sunshade. No galley or interior spaces — a working, fast day boat for up to 4 guests.

Route options (8 hours, up to 4 guests)

1. Phang Nga: Phanak → Hong → James Bond → Naka
The run through Phanak includes sea caves and hidden lagoons on flat water between limestone walls. Then onto Hong with its inner lagoons in the silence of the karst. At James Bond Island a stop is made at the vertical stack featured in the Bond film. At Naka warm water and sand provide the final stop.

2. Naka or Khai → Secret beach Yao Yai (high season)
Naka or Khai serve as a soft first point with clean water at the side and easy snorkeling by the beach. Then to the secret beach on Yao Yai — a closed shoreline with no crowds, with the option to stay afloat or go ashore depending on conditions.

3. Khai → Maiton → Rang Yai
Khai acts as a short introductory water stop by the shore. At Maiton, clear water provides visibility for snorkeling and swimming. Rang Yai offers sand, shade, and flat water for anchoring without rush.

4. Flame Lily Phang Nga Amazon
This route goes not through the open bay, but inside mangrove corridors and narrow limestone channels suitable for kayaks and short water stops. A more “wild” and private entry to Phang Nga compared to the standard route through Phanak, Hong, and James Bond Island. Fuel surcharge +2 000 THB.

5. Phang Nga and Hong Krabi area
The route combines stops in Phanak and Hong lagoons, then moves into the Hong Krabi area where water allows kayaking and swimming. Fuel surcharge +2 000 THB.

6. Phi Phi
Run to protected Phi Phi bays like Maya or Lo Sama where conditions suit swimming without drift. The second point is seasonal. Fuel surcharge +12 000 THB.

7. Hong Krabi + Poda group
First through Hong Krabi lagoons with kayaking and swimming, then Poda islands with sand and flat water under anchor for a calm finish. Fuel surcharge +12 000 THB.

Half-day routes (4 hours, up to 4 guests)

1. Rang Yai
Short run to the island with flat water for anchoring and the option to go ashore depending on conditions.

2. Khai
Run to the sandy island with clear water; pause for swimming and short beach exit.

Included: transfer, picnic lunch (sandwich), snacks and fruit, water and soft drinks, ice, beer (6 per adult, max 24 per boat), towels, Bluetooth speaker, welcome drinks and cold towels on boarding, insurance, taxes, masks and snorkels, noodle seats.

Not included: national park and island entry fees, crew gratuities.

On request: Seabob 10 000 THB per day (including 15% commission).

Custom routing possible by agreement.

Additional: base rate for 4 guests, boat prices include commission, fuel surcharges are non-commissionable, BYO alcohol allowed with no corkage.

Tour itinerary

The largest island on the Andaman side with a developed coastline, hills, protected bays and dense urban zones on the east and central axis. Resort areas line the western arc with long beaches facing open water, while the interior holds residential belts, road grid and service infrastructure supporting year-round traffic.
Ko Phanak is known for its sea caves and hidden hong-lagoons that open at suitable tide. Access is done by kayak from the boat, and inside the water stays calm under limestone roofs.
Ko Hong in Phang Nga Bay is a limestone island with an inner hong lagoon that is entered through a narrow gap at suitable tide. The lagoon is calm and enclosed, and it is one of the classic canoe loops under sheer limestone walls.
Ko Tapu is a 20-meter limestone stack located just off Khao Phing Kan and is the most photographed point in the bay. Boats keep distance to protect the fragile rock and photos are taken either from water or from the adjacent shore.
A large island north of Phuket used for day stops with a long sandy beach and shallow water on the west side. Boats typically anchor close to shore for swimming, walking the beach and short shade breaks.
