A sailing route along Zanzibar’s coast — quiet lagoons, coral bays, and islands lost in the blue.
The days unfold easily: short sails, swimming, and safaris between coral reefs and wild shores.
Meals are prepared by the onboard chef, with local flavors and fresh catch.
The route runs from Stone Town through the parks and living coastline of the island.
Day 1. Stone Town — Saadani
17:00 Departure from Stone Town. Safety briefing and night passage toward Saadani National Park.
Day 2. Saadani — Nungwi
Full day of safari: river cruise with hippos and crocodiles, and a drive across the savannah with lions, giraffes, and elephants.
Evening sail to the beaches of Nungwi or Kendwa.
Day 3. Nungwi — Mnemba — Kendwa
Morning rest and swimming on the beach.
Sailing to Mnemba Island for snorkeling on coral reefs.
Night sail toward Pemba Island with dolphins at sunrise.
Day 4. Kendwa — Menai Bay
Day in the lagoon — snorkeling, canoeing through mangroves, and visiting a coastal village.
Day 5. Menai Bay — Ngezi — Mtende
Walk through Ngezi Forest Reserve with its rare trees and birds.
Later, sailing to Misali Island — a calm evening and night under the stars.
Day 6. Mtende — Kizimkazi
Cruising along the west coast toward Jambiani.
Sandbanks, quiet beaches, and snorkeling in shallow lagoons.
Day 7. Kizimkazi — Stone Town
Return to Zanzibar.
Leisure time, swimming, and water activities.
Optional visit to a Spice Farm before sailing back to Stone Town.
Day 8. Stone Town
Breakfast and disembarkation before 09:00.
Optional transfer to the airport.
Additional information
Included: ½ DBL cabin, full board, soft drinks, onboard chef, snorkeling gear, SUP boards, towels, Wi-Fi, fuel, final cleaning, welcome drink, and transfers.
Not included: diving package on Mafia Island (€600 per person), safari tour (€300), extra towels (€12), bed linen (€15), alcohol, tips, flights, and airport transfers.
