Picture January in the middle of the Atlantic: a warm ocean breeze, gentle sun, sculpted volcanic islands on the horizon, and a spacious sailing home — the Lagoon 52F, one of the most comfortable catamarans in its class. From 10 to 17 January 2026, we’re setting off on a week-long voyage around the Canary Islands — an itinerary that blends sea, adventure, nature, and island vibes.
Our trip starts on Tenerife, where we gather as a group and put to sea along the route: Tenerife — La Palma or El Hierro — La Gomera — Tenerife. It’s a “day at sea — day on an island” rhythm, where a spirited passage is followed by a reward: walks, striking landscapes, great food, and the authentic rhythm of Canary life. Getting there is easy: fly into Tenerife South (TFS) on the 10th (daytime or evening), and fly back on the 17th.
The Lagoon 52F catamaran is genuinely large and spacious: six cabins, twelve berths, a wide deck, a comfortable saloon, and plenty of private areas. It has everything to make a week on the water a true holiday, not a test. There are three spots left in the crew: one berth in a “compartment‑style” cabin, and one double cabin that can be taken by two people or by a solo traveler.
Extras: flights, meals, and car rentals for island explorations (we always go ashore to see places beyond the reach of mass tourism).
The crew is shaping up great: the core team are experienced sailors who have already sailed the Canaries together. We also have newcomers, so the atmosphere will be friendly, warm, and relaxed — suitable both for confident yachtspeople and for those who simply want to try the ocean for the first time.
If you’ve been dreaming of spending January in warm ocean waters, seeing the Canaries from the sea, feeling the power of the Atlantic, and living for a week on a big, beautiful catamaran — this is the perfect chance.
Happy to add you to the crew — ask anything!
