IMSKIPPER PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ImSkipper receives when the Website is used, why it processes those data and how Users can contact ImSkipper about the processing of their data.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
- ImSkipper means D.O.O. IMORE, Montenegro, PIB 03400921.
- ImSkipper Website means the website on the Internet within the domain ImSkipper.net and its subdomains.
- User means a person using the ImSkipper Website or contacting ImSkipper.
- Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Policy means this Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
ImSkipper receives the data the User provides when sending an enquiry through the Website: their name, email address and details of the proposed trip, including destination, dates, budget and preferences. If the User contacts ImSkipper by email or through a messaging service, ImSkipper receives the information the User provides in that correspondence.
When the Website is visited, technical data necessary for its operation and protection may be processed, including the IP address, the date and time of the request, browser information and the page requested. The data collected by analytics tools and similar technologies depend on the tools actually used on the Website and will be disclosed to the User before those tools are used.
3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
ImSkipper processes the data provided by the User to review the enquiry, prepare an individual proposal and respond to the User. Technical data are used to operate and protect the Website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
When sending an enquiry through the form, the User separately confirms their consent to the processing of the data they have provided for reviewing the enquiry and responding to it. The User may withdraw their consent by contacting the email address in the “Contact Information” section. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
Processing for other purposes, including promotional messages, requires a separate legal basis and does not follow from sending an enquiry.
4. DATA RETENTION
ImSkipper retains personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained and processed, and where further retention is required by applicable law or to protect legal rights. Once those purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or anonymised unless there is a basis for retaining them further.
5. DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
To operate the Website and deliver and process enquiries, ImSkipper may engage hosting, email and technical protection providers. Only the data necessary for the relevant functions are shared with these providers. Data may also be disclosed to others at the User’s direction or where permitted by applicable law.
When following links to WhatsApp or Telegram, the User interacts with the respective third-party services. Those services process data under their own policies.
6. SECURITY
ImSkipper takes technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and unlawful use. Access to enquiries is granted to those who need it to respond to the User.
7. USER RIGHTS
Under applicable law, the User may request information about the processing of their personal data, request correction or deletion, object to processing and exercise other rights provided by law.
To fulfil a request, ImSkipper may ask the User to verify their identity where necessary to protect the data against disclosure to third parties.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
ImSkipper may amend this Policy to reflect changes in the operation of the Website or applicable law. The current version, with its date, is published on the ImSkipper Website.
