TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for the use of the ImSkipper website

This Agreement sets out the terms governing the use of the ImSkipper Website.

Please read this document carefully before using the Website.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Capitalised terms used in this Agreement have the following meanings:

  1. ImSkipper means D.O.O. IMORE, Montenegro, PIB 03400921.
  2. ImSkipper Website means the website on the Internet within the domain ImSkipper.net and its subdomains.
  3. User means a person using the ImSkipper Website.
  4. Agreement means these Terms and Conditions.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

  1. The User accepts this Agreement upon starting to use the ImSkipper Website.
  2. If the User and ImSkipper have entered into a separate written agreement, these Terms and Conditions apply to the extent that they do not conflict with that separate agreement.
  3. This Agreement and the Privacy Policy are published on the ImSkipper Website.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

  1. ImSkipper grants the User the right to use the Website to learn about the organisation of yacht trips and to send an enquiry to ImSkipper.
  2. The details of the trip, its cost and other terms are agreed individually after the User contacts ImSkipper.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. The Website, its individual parts, the materials published on it and its interface elements are the intellectual property of ImSkipper or other rights holders.
  2. No person may use Website materials beyond ordinary use without the permission of the rights holder, except as permitted by applicable law.
  3. No person may use the ImSkipper trademark or other ImSkipper identifiers without the relevant permission.

5. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

ImSkipper may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the ImSkipper Website. The version date is stated at the beginning of the document.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

Matters arising in connection with use of the Website are governed by applicable law. The User may contact ImSkipper at the email address below.
