About the tour

Shashani is a compact power cat for calm day runs without overload on people or pace. A format for those who take the sea as medium and time, not as program: clean water, short hops, anchor by weather.

Three cabins and two heads, two levels with shade and sun, a working galley, slide, kayaks and SUP. A three-person crew runs the day in a steady rhythm: captain, deckhand and chef/stew.

Route options (8 hours, up to 20 guests)

1. Phang Nga: Phanak → Hong → James Bond → Naka
At Phanak the route passes through sea caves and hidden lagoons on flat water between limestone walls. Then to Hong with its inner lagoons in the silence of karst. A stop at James Bond Island by the vertical stack from the film. Finish at Naka where warm water and sand suit the final stop.

2. Naka or Khai → Secret beach Yao Yai (high season)
Naka or Khai work as a soft first point: clean water at the stern, short swim and simple snorkel by the beach. Then to a secret beach at Yao Yai — a closed shore without crowd with the option to stay afloat or go ashore by weather.

3. Khai → Maiton → Rang Yai
Khai is used as a short water pause by shore with clear water and quick entry into the day. Then to Maiton — a clear-water piece with visibility for snorkel and long swim. On Rang Yai the route ends on sand and flat water under anchor without rush.

4. Racha Yai
Run to Racha Yai with anchor over reef shelves suited for long swim and snorkel by weather.
Fuel surcharge +25 000 THB.

5. Racha Noi
The route goes farther offshore to Racha Noi where water is clearer and anchor points are chosen by wind and set for depth work away from traffic.
Fuel surcharge +28 000 THB.

6. Hong Krabi: Hong Krabi → Lao Lading → Phak Bia → Nok
Hong Krabi — lagoons with flat water for kayaks and swim. Lao Lading — compact cove with sand at the cliff. Phak Bia is used as a stop by weather with water at stern and short exit. Nok gives a final water pause with sand and clarity.
Fuel surcharge +13 000 THB.

7. Phi Phi
The route goes to protected Phi Phi bays like Maya or Lo Sama by conditions for water time without drift. The second point is chosen by season — sand for shore or flat water for board stop.
Fuel surcharge +25 000 THB.

8. Hong Krabi + Poda group
First through Hong Krabi lagoons with kayaks and flat water, then Poda group with sand and water under anchor for a calm finish.
Fuel surcharge +25 000 THB.

Half-day routes (4 hours, up to 20 guests)

1. Naka and Phae
Run to flats with flat water and anchor for calm swim at stern and short sand exit.

2. Khai and Rang Yai
Between sandy islands with clear water and option for short water pause or shore without rush.

3. Secret beach Yao Yai (high season)
Run to an isolated shore where conditions allow to stay afloat or go ashore for a short rest.

Tour itinerary

The largest island on the Andaman side with a developed coastline, hills, protected bays and dense urban zones on the east and central axis. Resort areas line the western arc with long beaches facing open water, while the interior holds residential belts, road grid and service infrastructure supporting year-round traffic.
Ko Phanak is known for its sea caves and hidden hong-lagoons that open at suitable tide. Access is done by kayak from the boat, and inside the water stays calm under limestone roofs.
Ko Hong in Phang Nga Bay is a limestone island with an inner hong lagoon that is entered through a narrow gap at suitable tide. The lagoon is calm and enclosed, and it is one of the classic canoe loops under sheer limestone walls.
Ko Tapu is a 20-meter limestone stack located just off Khao Phing Kan and is the most photographed point in the bay. Boats keep distance to protect the fragile rock and photos are taken either from water or from the adjacent shore.
A large island north of Phuket used for day stops with a long sandy beach and shallow water on the west side. Boats typically anchor close to shore for swimming, walking the beach and short shade breaks.
