About the tour

Zambezia is a large catamaran with no compromises on comfort or set of activities. A format where the day on the water becomes completely yours: your pace, your crew, your people.

The crew of captain, deckhand, and chef/stew maintains a steady rhythm and attention to detail. On board there are spacious relaxation areas, sun and shade, BBQ, music, shower, chilled drinks, and a full set of water activities at anchor.

Route options (8 hours, up to 35 guests)

1. Phang Nga: Phanak → Hong → James Bond Island → Naka
Sail through Phang Nga Bay among broken limestone cliffs and small coves. At Phanak, kayaks enter the cave system, passages lead to inner chambers. Hong lagoon with calm water by sheer walls. Photo stop at James Bond Island. Finish at Naka: swimming, sand, relaxation on board.

2. Naka or Khai → Secret beach Yao Yai (high season)
Stop at Naka or Khai for swimming and snorkeling. Then move to the hidden bay at Yao Yai: quiet shore, soft sand, time without tourist crowds.

3. Khai → Maiton → Rang Yai
Khai — shallow water and swimming by the shore. Maiton — clear water, visibility for snorkeling. Rang Yai — sand, calm water and relaxed time on board.

4. Racha Yai
Sail with stop at reefs for swimming and snorkeling. Fuel surcharge +25 000 THB.

5. Hong Krabi area: Hong Krabi → Lao Lading → Phak Bia → Nok
Hong Krabi lagoons with flat water for kayaking and swimming. Lao Lading — narrow cove with sand. Phak Bia — shallow water for swimming. Nok — final stop on sand and water. Fuel surcharge +13 000 THB.

6. Phi Phi
Access to protected bays like Maya or Lo Sama depending on conditions. Second point chosen by season. Fuel surcharge +25 000 THB.

7. Hong Krabi area and Poda group
First through Hong Krabi lagoons with kayaking and swimming, then sand and flat water at Poda under anchor. Fuel surcharge +25 000 THB.

Half-day routes (4 hours, up to 35 guests)

1. Naka → Phae
Sail to Naka with first stop for swimming in shallow water. Then to Phae sandbank: swimming, snorkeling, rest on board.

2. Khai → Rang Yai
First stop at Khai: shallow entry, clear water, swimming and snorkeling. Sail to Rang Yai: walk on shore, relax on board.

3. Secret beach Yao Yai (high season)
Short transfer to hidden bay. Calm water, soft sand, time without tourist groups.

Overnight charter (up to 8 guests)

Route depends on number of nights. For one-night trips to Phi Phi, Racha or Krabi fuel surcharge of 25 000 THB applies. For longer stays, routing is built without fuel surcharges by prior agreement.

Included: transfer to and from the marina, full board, snacks and fruit, water and soft drinks, coffee and tea, 6 cans of beer per adult per night, towels, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, welcome drinks and cold towels at boarding, insurance, taxes, inflatable slide, masks and snorkels, fishing gear, kayaks, SUP, floating pool, floating mat, noodle-seats.

Not included: island and national park entrance fees, crew gratuities.

On request: SEABOB (10 000 THB/day, commission included), massage therapist (4 000 THB/day, no commission).

Additionally: guests may bring their own alcohol with no corkage. Commission is included in the price, fuel surcharges are non-commissionable. Custom routing possible by agreement.

Zambezia is a luxury 53-foot Leopard power catamaran, arranged for day cruises with capacity up to 35 passengers. Overnight she accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned cabins with 2 bathrooms. The vessel features a spacious top and lower deck, crew of three including a chef, and a generous array of toys and amenities. Launch slide, floating jacuzzi, kayaks, paddleboards, large floating mats, snorkeling gear, fishing gear, and more are part of the onboard offerings.
