A typical day unfolds in the Seychelles cruising between islands, dropping anchor in sheltered bays and swimming in clear water. Overnight on board.
Lagoon Seventy 7, 2024 build. A top-tier yacht with the footprint and finish of a five-star hotel on the water. Heavy-displacement cat with a flybridge, shaded and sun lounge areas, a forward salon bar and a hydraulic swim platform. On board: air-conditioning, watermaker, water purification, wine cellar, hot cockpit shower and underwater lights. Four full sun zones spread across the flybridge, aft and forward cockpits and the water platform. Layout for 12 guests in six double cabins, each with a private head.
Crew of four: skipper, deckhand, hostess and chef. The skipper runs navigation and routing, the chef cooks hot meals on board including fresh catch on the grill, the hostess handles service and housekeeping, the deckhand assists with water toys and tech.
Route sample
14:00 boarding at Eden Island Marina with champagne served on deck and a short crew briefing. Departure along the inner island chain in sunset light.
16:00 swim and snorkel at Anse Lazio, one of the signature beaches with granite boulders and an easy sandy entry. Clear calm water suits long swims and reef snorkel.
19:00 dinner on the flybridge at anchor in a protected bay. Lobster and seafood off the grill, fruit cut on board, wine from the cellar. At night the hull lights show granite reflection in the water.
08:00 morning at Curieuse with breakfast facing the shore where giant tortoises live. Breakfast is served in the cockpit or flybridge depending on weather. Short shore landing on request.
09:00 return to port or extension by agreement. The run back follows the inner islands and the water is usually calm near the marina for a soft finish.
Mandatory charges: final cleaning for 6 cabins 250 €, 6% to added on the invoice when the skipper is hired
Included: full crew, APA covers fuel, food, drinks, port fees and water activities, full water toy set (eFoil, two Seabob, SUP boards, masks, junior and adult snorkel sets, water bike, towable)
Not included: transfers, 1 to 3 pax 60 €, 4 to 6 pax 100 €, 7 to 12 pax 150 €

About me:
Sailing since childhood, yachting since my teens, and a life at sea.
I’m inspired by the adrenaline of race starts and the thrill of fighting for seconds, but nothing beats the pleasure of an unhurried cruise: when the sail catches the wind and there’s good food, easy conversation, and a crew you truly want to share the sea with.
I’m happy to share the helm, become part of the team, and help others feel the boat the way I do.
